The Lost Wax Method

A centuries-old technique refined with modern precision for aerospace-grade results.

01
Wax Injection
Precision wax patterns injected into aluminum tooling dies replicating exact part geometry.
02
Shell Building
Ceramic slurry and stucco layers build a durable refractory shell mold around the wax assembly.
03
Pouring
Wax is melted out, shells are fired, and molten alloy is poured under controlled atmosphere.
04
Finishing & QA
Cut-off, grinding, heat treatment, and full NDT inspection to meet exact specifications.

Everything Under One Roof

Vertically integrated from tooling design to final shipping.

Tooling & Design
In-house tool design and CAD/CAM for rapid prototyping and production tooling.
CNC Machining
Precision milling and turning for tight-tolerance finishing on critical components.
Heat Treatment
Controlled atmosphere and vacuum heat treatment for precise metallurgical properties.
Vacuum Casting
Vacuum induction melting for superalloys demanding exceptional purity and performance.
NDT Inspection
X-ray, FPI, CMM dimensional inspection, and complete material certification.
Full Traceability
Electronic shop floor system tracks every part from raw material to final shipping.
